When I ask
people who they think they have the best bodies I usually get two
responses...athletes and celebrities. Well, I will fill you in on a
secret that celebrities do not want you to know...they train like
athletes! There is no wasted motion, there is no wasted time. When
they are exercising, they are exercising, not reading a book, watching a
movie, or even worse talking on the phone. Intensity is high and
duration is short! You do not have the time or energy levels to spend
hours in a gym. Why not start training like athletes to get in the best
shape of your life? I will promise you it is not easy, BUT the results
are well worth the extra effort. If your boss told you that you could
make more money in less time would you take him up on the offer? It all
has to do with staying focused and having a goal.
I have an
important saying that I base all of my clients programs on...Movement
without a goal is chaos! Why are you exercising the way you are? Is it
something you read? Something you heard? Or is it based on your
